The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

Employees: When we collect personal data from our employees, it is done with the purpose of managing the employment relationship, including fulfilling the terms of the employment contract and exercising management rights.

Employees' personal information is handled securely and confidentially. Employees will receive specific information about our collection and use of employee data and may sign a consent declaration regarding the processing activities where consent is required.

The processing of employee data is based on different legal grounds according to the nature of the data. Thus, it may concern the following legal basis from the General Data Protection Regulation's Article 6, paragraph 1:

Sales and marketing: When we collect personal data from potential customers, it is done to run our business by increasing our sales. The processing of your data is based on Article 6, paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation:

Drift and customers: When we collect personal information from customers, it is done with the purpose of being able to deliver our goods to the customer, as well as ensuring the quality of the work performed. Website visit: When we collect personal data during visits to our website, the purpose is to gather information that can be used to sell our services based on the interest demonstrated using our website. The processing of your data is based on Article 6, paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation:

Categories of personal data

In connection with personnel administration, we collect general personal data to fulfill an employment relationship. The employees are sufficiently informed about this.

In sales and marketing, we collect common information, such as contact details and email correspondence.

When delivering to customers, we collect common information such as contact details, payment information, delivery history, and similar data. In connection with order information, we may occasionally also receive the birth dates of individuals.

Recipients or categories of recipients

We do not share personal information with others. We disclose personal information to public authorities if we are obligated to do so. At the same time, we also share personal data to a lesser extent with our auditor and external advisors. External advisors who are not already subject to a duty of confidentiality sign a confidentiality agreement. Finally, we are entrusting personal data to our data processors and sub-processors.

Where your personal data comes from

The personal data comes from applicants, our employees, potential customers, customers, and from visitors to our website.

 

Storage of personal data

Overall, we do not store personal data for longer than necessary in relation to the purpose of collecting and using the personal data.

Central personal information, such as employment contracts and other central documentation regarding former employees, is stored for up to 6 years. Additional information about employees is generally deleted when the employment relationship ends, but in certain cases, we are legally obligated to retain information about former employees for a longer period after the employment relationship has concluded. It may also be the case that the nature of the termination of the employment relationship has resulted in our entitlement to retain personal data for a certain period after the end of the employment relationship.

We retain personal information about customers if the contractual relationship exists. Some of the information is stored for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship, so that we can advise customers on new purchases and potential repair options.

Personal data collected from our website will be stored if we have valid consent in accordance with the cookie policy.

 

Automatic decisions, including profiling

We do not use any form of profiling of our collected data.

If you request it, we can provide you with information about the data we process regarding you and your employees. Access may, however, be restricted in consideration of the privacy protection of other individuals, business secrets, and intellectual property rights.

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or deleted.

If you believe that the personal data, we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. You should contact us and inform us about what the inaccuracies consist of and how they can be corrected.

In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if you withdraw your consent, and the basis for our processing is your consent. If you believe that your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, you can request to have it deleted.
